Volunteer Leadership Positions

Service Production Manager Time Commitment: 6 hr/week Responsibilities: •Oversee Service Execution: (Ensure smooth operation of all production elements, coordinate with worship leaders, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.) •Team Leadership: (Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, assign roles, and ensure volunteers are equipped and supported.) •Pre-Service Preparation: (Conduct pre-service checks of all systems, verify equipment functionality, and coordinate sound checks with the band and speakers.) •Service Flow Management: (Monitor and maintain the service flow schedule, manage transitions, and adapt to any last-minute changes.) •Technical Setup and Breakdown: (Oversee setup and teardown of equipment, ensure proper storage, and maintain an inventory of all production gear.) •Quality Control: (Monitor audio levels, adjust lighting cues, and ensure the visual presentation meets quality standards.) •Communication and Coordination: (Act as the main liaison between production, worship, and executive pastoral staff, conduct pre-service meetings, and provide feedback for improvement.) •Training and Development: (Recruit, train, and develop volunteers, hold regular training sessions, and foster a culture of growth and excellence.) •Direct report to creative director •Livestream Oversight (if applicable): (Manage livestream broadcast quality, monitor online engagement, and address any technical issues experienced by viewers.) Qualifications: •Experience in Live Production: (Proven experience in audio, video, and lighting for live events, preferably in a church setting.) •Technical Proficiency: (Strong understanding of production equipment, including soundboards, video switchers, lighting consoles, and livestream software.) •Leadership and Team Management: (Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse volunteer team effectively.) •Problem-Solving Skills: (Able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.) •Strong Organizational Skills: (Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee complex service elements.) •Excellent Communication: (Clear and effective communicator, capable of coordinating with worship leaders, pastors, and team members.) •Flexible and Adaptable: (Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to handle last-minute changes calmly.) •Spiritually Mature and Aligned: (Member of Realove Church, in full submission to the vision, mission, and core values, demonstrating a commitment to spiritual growth.) •Availability: (Must be able to commit to early arrivals for pre-service preparation, as well as attend rehearsals and special events when needed.)

Connection Coordinator Time Commitment: 6 hr/week Responsibilities: •First Impressions: (Oversee the welcome team to ensure guests feel greeted, valued, and guided to the right places.) •Guest Follow-Up: (Track new visitors and ensure timely follow-up through calls, texts, or emails to build connections.) •Connection Pathways: (Develop clear next steps for new attendees, including Realife Groups, serving opportunities, and church events.) •New Member Integration: (Coordinate new member classes and ensure a smooth transition into the church community.) •Volunteer Oversight: (Recruit, train, and manage the volunteer team responsible for guest services and follow-up efforts.) •Data Management: (Maintain accurate records of guest information and track engagement to measure follow-up success.) •Communication and Coordination: (Serve as the point of contact between the guest services team and executive pastoral staff, providing updates on new visitors and integration progress.) •Process Improvement: (Regularly evaluate and refine the assimilation process to enhance guest experience and engagement.) Qualifications: •Strong Interpersonal Skills: (Excellent communicator who can easily build rapport with guests and volunteers.) •Passionate About People: (Genuine heart for loving and guiding people into deeper connection with Jesus and the church community.) •Organized and Detail-Oriented: (Able to manage follow-up processes, track data, and oversee multiple tasks effectively.) •Leadership Experience: (Proven ability to lead and develop volunteer teams.) •Experience with Church Software: (Familiarity with database tools like Breeze chms, Text-In-Church, Planning Center, ect) Flexible and Adaptable: (Able to handle last-minute changes and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.) Graphic Design Lead Time Comittment: 6hr/week Responsibilities: •Visual Brand Management: (Oversee and maintain the visual identity of Realove Church across all platforms, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.) •Creative Content Creation: (Design high-quality graphics for sermon series, events, social media, print materials, and website content.) •Collaboration with Ministry Leaders: (Work closely with pastoral staff, worship leaders, and ministry teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.) •Direct report to creative director •Project Management: (Coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, set timelines, and meet deadlines effectively.) •Feedback and Revisions: (Accept constructive feedback, make necessary adjustments, and ensure designs meet the needs of the church and its vision.) •Volunteer Team Oversight: (Recruit, train, and manage a volunteer graphic design team, providing guidance and support.) •Trend Awareness: (Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas to keep the church’s visual content engaging.) •File Management: (Organize and maintain an archive of design files for easy access and reuse.) Qualifications: •Proven Design Experience: (Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in church or ministry settings.) Proficient in Design Software: (Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma.) •Strong Creative Vision: (Ability to develop original design concepts that align with the church’s vision and effectively communicate key messages.) •Excellent Communication Skills: (Ability to clearly present ideas, accept feedback, and work collaboratively with various teams.) •Organizational Skills: (Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.) •Attention to Detail: (Meticulous with design elements, ensuring quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.) •Leadership Experience: (Experience in leading a team or mentoring other designers is a plus.) •Spiritually Aligned: (Must be a member of Realove Church, in full submission to the vision, mission, and core values, demonstrating a commitment to spiritual growth.) •Adaptable and Innovative: (Willing to embrace new tools and techniques, and adapt to changing needs and trends in church communications.)

Music Director (MD) Time Commitment: 6hr/week Responsibilities: •Service Music Oversight: (Plan and oversee the musical elements of worship services, including song selection, transitions, and arrangements in collaboration with the worship leader.) •Band Leadership: (Lead and guide the band during rehearsals and services, ensuring tight musical execution and effective communication through cues.) •Musical Arrangements: (Create and refine song arrangements, incorporating instrumental breaks, dynamics, and transitions to enhance the worship experience.) •Team Coordination: (Work closely with the worship leader, vocalists, and band members to ensure everyone is well-prepared and equipped for each service.) •Direct report •Rehearsal Planning: (Lead weekly band rehearsals, focusing on tightness, timing, and preparation for Sunday services and special events.) •Music Training and Development: (Provide ongoing training and feedback to band members, helping them grow in skill and musicality.) •Technology and Equipment Management: (Ensure that all music-related technology (click tracks, multitracks, in-ear monitors) is set up and functioning properly.) •Spiritual Leadership: (Encourage and pray with the team, fostering a culture of worship and spiritual growth among the musicians.) Qualifications: •Proven Musical Experience: (Extensive experience in playing an instrument (guitar, piano, etc.) and leading a band, preferably in a church setting.) •Strong Knowledge of Music Theory: (Ability to read music, write charts, and arrange songs for a variety of instruments and skill levels.) •Excellent Communication Skills: (Clear and effective in giving musical cues, direction, and feedback to the band and vocalists.) •Proficient in Worship Technology: (Familiar with software like Logic, Ableton Live, Prime, or Multitracks for running click tracks and cues.) •Leadership Skills: (Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of musicians, helping them grow in skill and spiritual maturity.) •Flexible and Adaptable: (Able to handle last-minute changes, adapt song arrangements, and maintain a calm presence under pressure.) •Spiritually Aligned: (Must be a member of Realove Church, in full submission to the vision, mission, and core values, demonstrating a heart for worship and spiritual growth.) •Time Commitment: (Available for weekly rehearsals, Sunday services, and additional special events or services as needed.)
